In Praise of Slowness

The plan so far is to meet at Anne's cabin for this book's meeting. Which is perfect for this book. Slowing down, community, slow food, slow sex... wait, scratch that last one. We won't be putting that one into practice at this meeting. Alexis will be sending out that neat meeting-widget-thing again to nail down a date.

July's book

'Tis I, Alexis, with the non-fiction pick for the month of July: In Praise of Slowness: Challenging the Cult of Speed by Carl Honore.
